Received Ark Hunter items, no preorder items. Contacted GMG last Wed when I saw others were getting 2 codes with preorders. They only responded today and told me nothing - that I should contact Trion (or steam - which makes no sense).
Currently #255 in queue with Trion Chat with an estimated wait time of 48 minutes :/
Just got a new email from GMG containing a second key. As to if it rewards the missing items are now there... I'll have to let you know when the server comes back up.
I've just received my email from GMG too. Hilariously, I'm getting the message that my bonus code has already been redeemed, and I cannot apply it to my account.
I've just sent their helpdesk a quick email to let them know.
I would recommend checking your e-mail associated with greenman one more time. I received my code about an hour ago. Perhaps they are entering them manually, one at a time.
My question, is do the claim items apply to only a single character, or are they account wide?

Don't feel badly... This issue is not exclusive to GMG. I pre-ordered a physical copy and package from GameStop (USA) and have not gotten any codes to redeem for my digital items either. GameStop originally said that they would send out an email with the redemption codes once the product was shipped, but now they are saying that Trion has told them that there are no additional codes needed.
I find that hard to believe since some of the items are exclusive to GameStop pre-orders, but I'm not sure which side if full of poop... Trion or GameStop.
EDIT - As I typed my post, GameStop emailed me with a redemption code. Let's pray it works.

Same issue here, got code already been used. My brother got his from gmg and it worked so its not everyone. Set up a ticket at gmg.
