I'm not asking for a refund... because I'm definitely not hurting for the $40 that I spent on it, just about five months ago.

Well, here's the thing. I happen to (sadly) own some games I wish I'd never gotten. I played Black Ops 2 the other day and am still left wondering why--I do it to get something out of it but it leaves me hating it whenever I play it. I'm not sure that's a good thing to feel about a game. I end up angry with Activision and wanting to tell them that it's about time they made a game worthy of playing and not just kept remaking the same crap year after year (by IW or Treyarch). I'd also like them to actually address two of the big gamekillers-camper and cheaters. They won't, not now and not ever. And the only thing that will convince them to do anything is if enough people stop spending money on their products. That won't happen either.

As for Defiance-well, I've gotten my money out of it. I've defended it as it pertains to me and those I know-because it was still playable and fun, and I was not suffering the lag and game issues others were. I always noted that things needed to be fixed that were broken for others, because that kind of stuff would end up ruining the game. And I wanted it to succeed. I still do. But Trion has to want it to, too. And that means new good content, fixes for old bad problems, and just not doing things that tick off fans (customers) as much as possible. That means don't touch what is now working. Fix what isn't. And make new stuff.

I don't want a refund for anything. I knew I was entering into an experiment, just as Journey and other Art form games are experiments.
