HELP!!! Accessing Castithan DLC

I purchased the DLC online and downloaded it, but I cant find it anywhere. I heard I could change my character to Castithan but I dont see anything!
Where can I access this in my game? i really want to play some today.

The extras should be via claims in your ingame store menu section.

Some items should be in your claim section of the shop.
As for the quests, you'll see a unique icon on the map, on the eastern shore near Top Notch Toolworks quick travel. A little north and east I believe.

That starts the quest that puts you through the arenas.

You have to logout then back in once activating it if I remember right.

Yep...Log out, then when you log back in, on the screen which shows your character just before you get back in to play, you should have the option to re-customize first.

By the way! When I claimed it for one of my characters, nothing happened. This thing just disappeared! Maybe it's broken, you should contact the Support.
