WTF Not Entitled to Play? Ya another person with this problem..

Can someone from Trion please get off their *** and explain whats going on and how to fix this? I was already on the fence about this game and gave in.. I'm about ready to do a charge back and say F it.. some support would be nice I know for a fact this is effecting a lot of players.

yup same here but its cuz I got the UE and they don't ****ing like it when you spend more money than others on stuff, apparently if I was to spend less, id be playing already.

I get the same thing. I download the client, login, then recive this message. "Login successful but this account is not entitled to play DEFIANCE. Please contact Trion Worlds support." Which of course is not available...

Perhaps we're missing some kind of reg code the neglected to include when we purchaced? I bought mine from Trion.

Its funny cause I haven't seen one Trion agent reply to any of us asking for help to fix this problem! I am so upset at the moment because I have been asking for help with this for the last 3 or 4 days to no resolve went through 5 support agents all telling me to do the stupid password change and then they tell what I believe is a lie that they are allowing people to download it slowly when I have seen people buy it instantly and start downloading instantly! So I call ******** on that!

I haven't seen a single MMO launch without its fair share of troubles. Just have a little patience, it sometimes takes a while!

(And in regards to not getting much help the past few days, has any of you considered the fact it was a Holiday for the majority of the globe?)

I dont mind the wait. But instead of an error telling me my acount isnt available to play the game i laid down my money for. they could just tell uss to wait

Some people have only entered a Pre-Order key, this is not the actual game key. Keep this in mind.
