WTF Not Entitled to Play? Ya another person with this problem..

I, like many others, am not entitled to play (or even patch). Here is what I found out after chat live with Trion CS. I have not entered a CD Key for my account, just a pre-order key. A pre-order key was enough for beta but not for live. The reason I only applied one code is that's all I received from the place where I bought the game. That shop assured me that only one code was needed (they were right during beta, but wrong for live). The shop I bought from told me to wait til 8AM on 2 April and THEN my code would work. They thought I was not entitled because the servers hadn't opened up yet. I waited, of course I'm still not entitled until I enter a proper CD key. I will call them when their CS opens in an hour and get a CD key. Stay tuned.

Now, if you HAVE applied a CD key and are still getting the 'not entitled' message try simply changing your password. That worked for many people.

People have both codes entered and still having issues logging in with the same problem. If you look at the other threads people have pics posted for proof.

I have applied the Re-Order code and the activation code (in the boxed versions booklet) but I still get the same error everyone else is having.

My only guess is that the servers aren't online just yet. I'm sure it will be fixed within the hour

Servers are Online my friend is on teamspeak with me playing it! but still trying to fix this entitledment problem

Scou7, you'd be surprised by what random stuff can do in programming. I've had instances where typing in specific words in a few older MUDs could crash the entire server, because it would unintentionally go into an eternal loop. Sometimes the most seemingly unrelated changes can make a huge difference!

Xistove, false. That message is outdated and incorrect and should not be followed. (Been able to log in and play for about 10 hours now)

Apparently people are slowing being able to log on. So keep on trying!
