I tried to change my password to see if it would work for me... now my password won't actually change. It says it has changed but every time I try to login with my new password, it's invalid. Yet, my old one still works... what the bat crap?

Trion HAS tried to help people with this issue. The message you are getting regarding 'account not entitled' asks you to contact Trion CS for help. OK I just fixed mine myself.
Here is what I done.
1. Made sure I applied my activation Code that comes with my box
2. I reset my password.
3. THEN logged out of my account on the Trion website.
4. Logged back into my account on the website.
5. Finally I opened the defiance.exe file and was able to begin patching.
damn after changing my password it said that my password is invalid..
using old pass would give the successful but not entitled message
