    I tried to log in to support.

    The message i got was

    ERROR 404


    The requested page does not exist. You should not be here.
    Then were exactly should i be looking for help, if not support....

    Oh and no, the PW change didn't work for me neither so i'm just waiting it out untill hopefully the server updates and registers it.... Oh wait... I got an emaile stating that my PW was changed... Still can't login and now it says invalid PW..

    I'd expect that they'd sort out most of these launch issues after launching one mmorpg already but it seems like developers all around the world never learn from past mistakes and try to correct it in order to avoid the same launch issues in the future for other future titles.

    Must be a contageous disease or some form of mental disorder.

    I don't care about the fact that others have been able to log in and play ahead of me, but i do care about not being able to log in at all to patch the client and not being able to even join the game on launch day after pre-ordering (Deluxe edition at that 69€ EUR).

    Did you logout of the Trion website AFTER changing PW?

    changing pass might help, but you need to check with your gamecode what you have put in. If it says pre-order nothing you do will help you since you don't have the game serial. If it says game xxxx then you are good and then it can help you with the pass change / subbing to the news letter.

    If only pre-order listed under account you are tough out of luck.

    YOU KNOW WHY THEY HAVENT REPLIED? becuase there is a million threads on how to solve this problem. its not there fault cause you guys are to stupid to do some research

    these fixes arent real fixes, idiot. it works for SOME, not ALL. the vast MAJORITY, it ain't working.

    Holiday. Great! they should have shelled out a few dollars and paid them holiday pay and had them working. Working in the Retail and customer servie industry all of my life. Most retail stores were all open this weekend.
