WTF Not Entitled to Play? Ya another person with this problem..

I had bought the Deluxe Digital version of DEFIANCE PC through Trion and was getting the Entitlement error message. As weird as it may seem, resetting my Trion Account Password ended up allowing me to login and start downloading the game through the patcher/launcher. A password change shouldn't be required, but the only thing I can think of is that it forces an update/refresh on the authentication/authorization server for my account. I was part of Beta and Alpha (PC), so perhaps that "confused" things.

Logged into my Account on TrionWorlds.com, I still see DEFIANCE PC with "COMING SOON". As I am downloading the game, I have the following message, "Welcome to Defiance! The game has not yet launched. We look forward to having you join us on April 2nd at 8am."

Not a big deal for me. Gotta work tomorrow, so just happy it will be ready by the time I get home. Now... I'm going back to bed.

Trion should have put something out about this instead of letting it fester holiday or not there game is launching an they should be there to want it to be smooth and i dunno saying oh by the way the servers dont really open till 8 AM est ur time thats why u cant log in would have gone ALONG way instead of having to sit in support an shoot emails back an forth

Holiday. Great! they should have shelled out a few dollars and paid them holiday pay and had them working. Working in the Retail and customer servie industry all of my life. Most retail stores were all open this weekend.

Not where I live. Here in europe we take holidays seriously. In Denmark, the stores and post were closed on Thursday, Friday, Sunday, & Monday. Only on Saturday could we shop and even then there was no post. The postal service was off for 5 days.

Im also from Denmark and everything is closed for holliday Patience plp. Its easter holliday in California US to. The only thing that kinda piss me off is the time is 10:55AM here in DK and its 04:55AM in California US. The lauch date is 2 of April! In my mind I would launch at 11:59PM.
