WTF Not Entitled to Play? Ya another person with this problem..

Im also from Denmark and everything is closed for holliday Patience plp. Its easter holliday in California US to. The only thing that kinda piss me off is the time is 10:55AM here in DK and its 04:55AM in California US. The lauch date is 2 of April! In my mind I would launch at 11:59PM.

The servers have been up for several hours. I'm pretty sure they launched at midnight London time.

This is what we call a staggered release based off time zone kiddos. If you all logged on at once you would be QQing about not being able to get in. Staggered releases are much more stable than global releases with everyone trying to log in at the same moment.

As weird as it may seem, resetting my Trion Account Password ended up allowing me to login and start downloading the game through the patcher/launcher. A password change shouldn't be required, but the only thing I can think of is that it forces an update/refresh on the authentication/authorization server for my account. I was part of Beta and Alpha (PC), so perhaps that "confused" things.

I'd just like to confirm, same exact issue/resolution for me. I'm guessing along the same lines, something on the authentication server needs a refresh to be forced.

Good luck all, can't wait to play on live instead of Beta/Alpha.

I bought the CD Key from a site it was emailed to me, I then applied the code yesterday and kept getting this error from launcher, today on my trion account under previous codes applied it shows defiance and my old rift code, I have tried resetting my password many times but i still get the not entitled error, my friends bought the game from steam had this issue at first but they fixed and are downloading im still trying to find a way to fix this any help??
