I have been around these forums for the past week now but might as well introduce myself in this thread

I am DiRtDoGg the FPS/Shooter Director of Grievance Global Gaming and current Clan leader for our Defiance section. I am 27 and live in New Jersey. I have been with Grievance now for over 2 years but have been playing MMOs and Competitive FPS games since i was 13. I am predominately a PC gamer however have both the xbox 360 and ps3 Some of the games I have played in the past include

MMOs:

WOW
LOTR
RIFT
PERFECT WORLD
GW1 and GW2
and many others

FPSs:

COD
BATTLEFIELD
SWAT 4
and too many more to list

I have been looking forward to Defiance for a long time and I am excited that it is almost here. It is taking everything I love in games and putting it under one box. You have your MMO aspects like open world, dungeons and clan control. Then you have your shooter aspects like competitive matches, shooting people in the face and strat building to be successful. I hope to see everyone in game

Hey guys. Siantlark over here.
I've actually been following this game for a while as a potential competitor to another game which I'm currently more involved with (It's the way the dice went sowwyz) and decided like... 5 minutes ago to sign up. From what I've seen it's a very welcoming community, reminds me of Firefall back before all the attention got to it, and hanging out here some seemed like a good idea.

Is there an IRC channel setup for this game already or should one be made?

Hello all, I am Karnivorous (preferably Karn) in my gaming world but my real name is Alex, I'm 16 and have been playing games for more then half my life. I got into the MMO scene when I started pc gaming (obviously) which is a little more recent. First game I remember being addicted to is CrimeCraft but as that went down hill I started playing other generic fantasy f2p MMOs until I came across RIFT. I clocked around 170 hours on it (stopped playing due to sub costs ) so I'm hoping Defiance will live up to the standards of RIFT and even exceed it.
