    Dear Trion

There was once a game that was an MMO and they took their customer base for granted. This game was called Final Fantasy 14 and had an gigantic player base. However, the development team was very sloppy when communicating with their player base on launch, as a result the game died. PLease dont make the same mistakes so many developers are making with mmo's these days. Several people have spent 100+$ on this game with the intention of playing, at least communicate or designate someone to communicate problems to your paying customers

    Thanks,
    Blackdragon

Final Fantasy 14 is clearly a Lich. No matter how much it dies, it keeps rising from necrotic flesh and bubbling essence to grab players once again.

FFXIV's main issue wasn't communication, it was everything the game was really. Trust me.

    true

True, but what i'm getting at is that a lack of communication is very detrimental to a new game. The mmo market is very competitive, not even having someone available to respond with a "we're aware of this problem and are working..." Not a good look to have so many people pay 100$ for air.

That is true. And I am not dismissing this. Best we can do is dig around for advice and help out those we can for the time being! (It never hurts having a few helping hands around the forum in time of need, no?)

Agreed, so as far as i can piece things together, you need to add code to enable your game. However, most people purchased their game through this website, and we were given no code. So i guess the only thing to do atm is to submit a ticket and wait?

I think it's fair to give them maaaaaaybe a bit longer than 7 minutes to address server issues, don't ya think?

The people that ordered it through Trion have a slightly different process, I am unsure how it is handled internally I'm afraid!

But I believe some people are slowly gaining access to their accounts from what I have gathered around me. So you can indeed submit a ticket, or see if you can log in between now and the upcoming half an hour.

What? We can't hear you over the sound of thousands of F5 keys raging at the Internet.
