Help! Newb PC Player! Getting Dizzy!!

Please help any suggestions on how to lock the camera view or unlock the camera view from the mouse to something else?? I can't play the game because I can't get the screen to stop moving from me having to shoot.
And.. "no" I haven't played a shooter before. So if you have any tips on how to stabilize the movement?

It's likely because of the field of view in the game - it has your camera so close to your character you're experiencing simulated tunnel vision. I wrote a rather extensive thread on the topic, which you can view here if you want more information on the subject.

As for things you can currently do:
    • Try turning off the Motion Blur option in the game's video settings. That will remove the distortion effect when you swing your camera.
    • You can also try lowering your mouse sensitivity, which will result in less jerking of the camera. You should be able to move your mouse and see a smooth, consistent drag on the camera. That should help with the motion sickness you're experiencing.
    • Either scoot your monitor back, or move your chair back. Sitting further away from your monitor will alleviate the simulated tunnel vision and give you more visual grounding with a static background.
    • Avert your eyes for a minute or so every half hour. You can adjust those times as you see fit, but that's a good baseline. It should help a little with eye strain and make things a bit easier on you when you play.

Have to agree with the last post.

First thing I did was knock mouse sensitivity WAY down, almost as low as it can go, you can alwaus raise it if you find the mouse moving too slow. And yes Motion Blur to Off. Both of these make the game much more playable.
