when i try to log out i get this message "your login failed due to an invalid e-mail or password input" changed 2 times still not work. did pre order from steam. anyone else has the same problem i got my keys ready to. do i need to put them into the louncher or go into trion and put them in?

Ya until the change goes through use your original password (its just delayed in changing it to the new one)

I had that problem at first for a new account. I had forgotten to download the game launcher from the site so even though I created the account, it didn't seem to registered to log in until the launcher was installed.

ok, thanks. did put my keys into my trion account now. but what is the authenticator code on the louncher then? do i need to put my key into trion and the louncher?

yeah im gonna go play a game of 5v5 lol same problem.. tried 2 password resets.. after a 40min lol match i should b good.. according to this..

Authenticator is a options extra security. You leave it blank w/o one.
