New Story line missions should say ( 1 new mission added just one thats all it is )

Wel, truth to be told you did make it sound as if you need to grind the rep in order to buy it. But w/e it doesnt really matter.
But unlike what the OP claims, the people who did buy the dlc DO get an charged blade, from a mission, its a bit deceptive because they added a different "mission indicator" hinting where it is, not like the ones we are used to.
It's super easy too, it certainly isnt false advertisement though they could have been clearer about it.

Listing it separately next to 5 arenas and story missions (which in itself is false advertisement because there is one mission) and showing a picture of it next to all the other items implies you get it as an item from the start. So yes it is false advertisement and not the first time they did this and probably won't be the last.

They never claimed you get it from claim, infact they never said "how" you'd get one. Its suggestive. And yes, the mini story involves completing all arenas ( once). You would right if you said it was unclear, which it was, but they never claimed in any form or shape you'd get one just for logging in as claim item.

Funny enough, the same logics you use to mark it as false advertisement can be used on your statement as false information.

I apologize for any confusion this issue may have caused. Purchasing the Castithan Charge Pack allows players access to the Castithan Charge Blade but does not provide the weapons automatically to players. Players with the DLC are still able to purchase the weapons from the in-game vendors, earn them in the Arena, or receive them as loot from a Tier 4 lockbox. Unfortunately we cannot provide a refund for your DLC as you have been able to use the content available to you.

Any chance of telling where the mission start is! I made it to the arena and almost achieved gold status in the first Try!

Wait what? They removed the mission (for people who bought the dlc) that gets you the uncommon grade blade? Panthan

Didn't get one that's my point!

Do the mission and you do get one. You should see an odd looking icon at a new teleport location just below Diablo refinery.
As I stated before you DO get an mission that will reward it in the end but it does not have the ussual mission icon.

the first icon is in the island chain with the bridges just east of top notch which will then direct you to diablo lighthouse to start the 5 arenas once you have completed the quest line you will get your Green rarity blade as a reward...you can grind the arenas for liro rep for a blue/purple/orange charge blade though
