Just a blocker for you not getting to san fran until your at that point in the story. You don't actually fight it, torc blows it up. Then you can cross the bridge. San fran's main enemy is dark matter, an alien species bent on killing everyone who isn't like them. Not much of san fran left anyway. Final boss's name is Nim, he's a bad alien. Use a bmg to kill him on final mission, so easy.

I saw that thing yesterday when I was exploring the world if you look at the map after the bridge there a whole another section being guard maybe it's the actual city of San Francisco, that's what I'm thinking.

No End Game will result in Nothing to do because you've completed everything possible whilst leveling up to 5000 Ego whilst following the story of some Show for a Month or two. Brilliant, Wonder what we're going to do whilst we're waiting for Season 2 I guess Replay it all again on a New Character? Epic Idea! Thats End Game Content for you.
