Add Healing Stats

I think there should be healing stats added to Arkfalls, PvP, PvE and/or Co-Op Instances. I think those who choose to sacrifice their damage output stats to keep the team alive need to be recognised too. Some healing stats are in the Volge Sieges so I think it could be good, plus some more incentive to level up those BMG's.
