For everyone getting this error, try to log into your account and click "apply code" in this area insert your game key. That's how I fixed my error, hopefully this helps some of you also.

Figured I'd throw it out there, I also did change my password to get my game up and going. But, if you don't remember your secret questions that could be a problem lol. I wish you all good luck on getting your games up and running.
