Found the answer to one of my questions on Origin's pre-order page (see "Show More"), in case anyone else was wondering:

"Legion" is SMG, so that probably means that the "Justice" is a pistol as the only other weapon type (I think) without a pre-order special.

The Amazon weapon doesn't look that great, Sporeshot looks amazing but Best Buy's weapon is the one that does interesting stuff.
