I for one love playing on my PC - but often spend more time playing on my consoles solely for the couch factor...

i used to but im pretty much done with pc now got tired of upgrading all the time like my ps3 plug and play and it easier to play with my son as he cant afford a huge gaming pc and console works great for us.

Ya the couch and big screen tv are always a plus. I also have a nice surround sound system so that is nice too.

Get ready to upgrade PS4 is coming out. My i7 extreme has lasted me 4+ years and its still overpowered.

I'm leaning towards PC but I'll ultimately play on whatever platform my friends can play on. I'd prefer a mouse and keyboard setup over a controller though.

To answer the OP's popularity question, I think this game will be digital crack. Obviously my perception may change after playing it, but this game feels like it's going to be a success. I trust Trion to deliver, just like it did with Rift.

PS3 via keyboard mouse for Defiance is horrible. Just a warning to anyone who plans on the idea.

I will be playing this on 360 as well. Shoot me a friend request on here and/or LIVE if you want. I'm looking for a community to play this game with. Just put a message saying you're from this forum, so I know it's not some random add.

I also think this game is going to have a moderate fan base. Not anything like FPS games or whatever, but I think there will be at least a few full servers.

PS3 handles MMOs very well (DCUO, Free Realm, DUST514, PS home, FF XIV and now Defiance) so PS3 is my platform of choice
