Back to 2.3MB/sec now with 40 mintues left...I pray to god the download speed will not drop again within those 40 minutes

Hmm lol, I went away for a short while, turned computer on standby mode, I come back, the entire thing has to be downloaded again65% progress just lost.
I paused, then resumed and it suddenly went at 150MB/sec and was downloaded within a minute
Im getting the same issues my download stars at like 110.mb and then tapers down till its at like .08. I tried downloading something else and its downloading at like 90 mb so not sure what the issue is but it appers its a trion issue
