Looking for a Nice Shield for PVP

I am looking for a Shield that is good for battle in PVP.

Any suggestions....?

I like to play in the observatory, using grind fragger/tach pulsar combo, a 0.0 fragsurge, and cloak. I am a mix it up kind of player, and im looking for something that can hold up amongst the abundance of cankers that have infiltrated the observatory. Lol

Rhino or ironclad V

ya id go with a Rhino if your running cloak, depending on your ego i have a nice purple Rhino 3 with 2034 cap and resis to bio. let me know
