Agree. Opened 1 T4 box and got 4 garbage blues.
They never said they were increasing anything, just eliminating the chance at getting anything below blue rarity.
opened 2 today. both had 2 blues and 2 purples. Didn't get anything I liked though. But at least there are no greens.
Is this for game consoles only? I didn't notice any patch update for my PC version and the latest patch notes in my start-up window are for 1.103
It's for the PC too. My launcher shows the correct patch notes so the problem is at your end.
