I just noticed that mmorpg.com has Defiance digital copies for 10% off Standard and 15% off Collector. I am surprised to see a sale on the software so soon after the offer for pre-order.

Is this a Trion Worlds sanctioned sale?
Will Trion put the software on sale on their site at some point before April 2nd?
Will players who purchased at the full price get a refund on the sale price?
Is there a benefit of purchasing the digital copies through any particular vendor or are they all the same?
I noticed that DLGamers.com is advertising early access for the digital download but I can't find any site that lists which versions get how many days of early access and if that differs per vendor. Can you get more specific about that?

I purchased a copy of the Ultimate Edition through Gamestop and their site says they will not actually bill me until the order is shipped which is April 2nd (or hopefully a day before so it arrives on the 2nd since I used next day shipping). They also state that if the software goes on sale at any point before it ships that I will get the lowest price it was offered for.

These are kind of questions/suggestions.

First, pre-order would look much better to most people if it gave them alpha access. I know this maybe a tough one as the servers may not be ready for that large of a influx of people.
Second, it could inlcude a 3 day head start. So you get in on that Friday instead of a Tuesday.

I think one or both of those would make the pre-order way more appealing to people.

It's the same in Australia and NZ, Trion have Namco-Bandai doing the European and Australasian Distribution, and it seems like Namco-Bandai can't be bothered actually doing anything.

If you preorder from gamestop you get a code called product registration code. It is 20 digets long. Is this the code for the weapon for the beta or both?

I did already and it says product registration code on that site as well. I would love to know before the next beta if I am getting in with my pre order code or if it was just for the weapon.
