Cankers (just to piss ppl off who are using it on me in pvp)

all the items must not have self-revive rolls (its for pvp so it is a uselss roll for me), synergy doesnt really matter to me as long as it is relates to the gun.
* guns with this must have .70 reload and ego on reload roll, will not look at any other ones (im really picky on sawed offed guns sry), double reload and ego on reload and a great mastery will get the most attention from me
