I have a few things I've been wondering about, and chat is dead at the moment

-Is it possible to trade/sell purple/orange weapons to other players?
-Is there a hotkey for switching loadouts?

-When it comes to reputation and the faction stores, when I earn rep from the contracts, is it spent when I buy something from that store? or is that just the minimum I need?
Follow up to that: If the rep does get spent, does my standing with the group go down? or is that total reputation I've ever earned?
