For those of us who are unhappy with how our character looks, I'm looking forward to a re-customization option (even if it costs some scrip). Or a cash shop item with a one-time freebie, or anything.

Same here, and my first character had no eyebrows. Luckily this was back in the beta so I knew about the other customization tabs at launch.

Named my lady after two of my previous favorite female aliens - Commander T'pol (Star Trek) and Liara T'Soni (Mass Effect) - but now Cass Ducar has jumped to the top of my list of alien hotties.

She actually looks like my character apart from the piercings, I actually prefer the brown colour to the black colour, I switched after the last beta
