I didn't have my DDE / Preorder stuff last night however today I've got my DDE stuff, just lacking my Preorder! Only had an All-in-one Preorder code so I don't need to add any other codes.

I bet you got it, you just have to go to the store in game and redeem everything. That's also how you get the unlocked stuff you earned by inputting codes.
