Anyone missing Deluxe edition items?

Good morning everyone. I ordered the deluxe edition through Trion, and only received the regular pre-order items. I did not find any of the deluxe items in the item store in the claim area. Anyone else having this issue?

You have tried relogging?

Also, fully closing the launcher and restarting game.

Then, check back in the claim tab in item store > make a support ticket if still nothing, gm's can solve it for you.
