Nope no blue bonuses - in fact that was the first line of the Transcript section I quoted - there are common white rolls, green uncommon rolls, purple epic rolls, orange legendary rolls, and white mastery rolls - no blue rolls.

My alt is only at about 1300 atm, so I had to go back to my main to check.

And I stand corrected. The bonus only found on ARs, t-pulsers and disint... disrupters is written in white, not blue. A bit counter-intuitive, since it is better than the green bonus. And since it's only found on a few weapon types, it can't really be called "common".

If adding an additional stat role on new weapons makes your old, unchanged, weapons Obsolete .... Then your problem is you, not your weapons.

Extra stat roles on new weapons will be nice, but i am glad they are not changing the ones i have already at this point. That would be a game breaking deal for me and i would not play anymore.

Its not that they are obsolete in that they can't be used, its just that the old unchanged weapons will lose most of their value among traders. Wouldn't you rather have an orange weapon with four rolls earned post-DLC or would you rather have the same kind earned pre-DLC that only has three rolls?

There are a lot of games out there at any given time. Coming back to one that annoyed you enough to walk away from is akin to remarrying your ex-wife.
