Weapons to use for Grinding skill exp

So I`m EGO 3,405 with 97/105 pursuits done and i`ve come to a point that I want to level up weapon skills now.

I know the hulker and darkfalls are the best places to go too(but if u have a better place please do share) but the real question I want to know is if there are certain weapons that are easier to level up than others. Example of this is between the votan smg or the vbi smg.

But what I`m looking for is what`s the best weapons for combat, pump and double barrel shoties, both semi and bolt action snipers and last but not least the rocket lunchers.

If you could give me the weapon that would be best to level up the weapon skill for each type that would be great of you for the help. Thanks

I recommend the really fast firing smg, rocket launchers and snipers are always going to be hard to level up :P

Snipers are not that hard to level up. They were the first ones I got finished. You just have to farm at Sutro Tower. You can leave the generators off or turn on just 2. They enemies will keep on spawning making the leveling easy. I only have 3 combat pursuits left doing it that way.

Clustershot for the combat
Courier for sawed off
Frag Grinder for pump

Quick repeater semi + scrapper forge eye = mass leveling
I liked the meteor bolter and survivalist rifle from the bolt actions I've played with.

The Armada and Rebounder RL are oker to level than others. If you're good at judging distances, the mass cannon is good.


I thought the infinite spawning DM at Sutro was 'fixed' such that after a couple of minutes, the generators reset.
