Ok so i was all the way level 13 and the next thing i know it says im level 1?!?!?? and when i entered a new code it says something like unable to send transmission?!?! HELP PLEASE....

My only guess is you need to log in as your ark hunter. It doesn't always automatically log you in.

Keep reloading/relogging in. The site is pretty finicky.
Yeah, it's buggy. The same thing happened to me. I logged into the game to see if I got my credit for what I entered (which I did) then I relogged into the site and it was updated.
