no it's messed up for tons of people they aren't in game to BE claimed atm

Actually, I claimed mine. Shut down your Steam client...reopen it, go to the Defiance page in your game library, click the CDKey text on the right side of the screen and the Key's should be there. I had the pre-order and the standard edition one, but dind't have the Tier set until I restarted Steam.
LOL actually most people whining about not getting the rewards just don't know how to claim them. Failure due to poor reading comprehension. So far everyone in game I have talked to that is complaining about not getting their rewards was able to claim them once they found out how to get to it.

most people that didn't order from trion directly are having or have had this issue.
i ordered directly from trion months ago according to TRION my account is ready to go i got ALL my other rewards except the DDE ones don't talk to us like we are stupid some people may not know how to get the item to register to their account however those that DO and DID still don't have it ..
