i ordered directly from trion months ago according to TRION my account is ready to go i got ALL my other rewards except the DDE ones don't talk to us like we are stupid some people may not know how to get the item to register to their account however those that DO and DID still don't have it ..

There is a glitch. However, most people want to ***** first before going and doing research and following instructions. You should know how to do this. Be thankful people who aren't playing the game have decided to answer your question.

what glitch are you talking about.. the fact that the items aren't there and that the delete your toon and remake till it works method?

Since the servers were switched on prior to the formal launch there has been glitchs with everyone's codes. If you got everything you paided for you are D A M N lucky. Most haven't. By tonight when the game has offically launched most of it should be resolved.

this sounds most likely true.. i'm so f'in sick of ppl fanboy covering for Trion and trying to make us feel stupid when the problem is on THEIR end and game HAS officially launched as of 9+ hours ago..

Maybe we should all calm down, im sure it will all work out, I too had problems this morning. I preordered on steam a couple days a go, and while I have not had the antispitatition you guys have had for this game, I got up early, 2 hours before work, at 5:00 to play. Logged on for about an hour and a half. And just got my atv. I have not been able, or it was not clear how to redeem my codes.

But even if it is a glitch, the codes are attached to my account, and Trion can look up the previous codes and give me a new code, if need be.

I am not making an excuse for the situation, but the situation we are in is fixable, and will, hopefully not happen again.

it's just the overwhelming silence from trion that is making this situation much worse than it needs to be.. and so far only thing we have is forum moderators locking/deleitng threads..

OP does have some good points. The Deluxe Armor set was sold as RED & BLACK coloring, but the one
i have is desert / digital camo. Also, i don't have the boosts. However, i don't mine the new color of
the Deluxe set. I would however, like to see my Boosts.
