actually the reason people aren't getting all their items is because triton changed their distro system for keys last minute and broke their own system in the process.

I dunno if you checked this or not. Sorry if you are already aware of this. Steam released a third key that contains all the Tier unlock items. You have to put that key in your TrionWorlds account in order to get the Nomad truck and the other Tier rewards.
