The Game Won't Allow Me To Defeat Nim

As the title states.

I fight until the point where Nim needs one or two more hits and the game disconnects me from the server. When I get back in the game allows me to run through to the entrance to his stage but as the cutscenes doesn't load I'm forced to abandon the mission.

It's done this repeatedly since the games launch and it's beginning to anger the hell out of me.

Why is it happening and what can be done to fix it?

Might be on your side, like internet reliability, graphic lag, lack of ram ect...

This is on xbox360 and only happens on this mission.
