I have been playing Defiance from the beginning, and it's had its ups and downs. There seems to be a lot more talk about weapons again. I was a victim of the first assault from Trion and the heinous down sizing of our weapons. I don't play the games enough to really understand the lingo that is being used by everyone describing what they have done now. I have about 150 guns in my inventory, all blue, pink and orange. Truthfully I have only every used 2 guns, a SAW and a grenade launching shot gun, that's it. The others don't really have much to offer to get me on the score board. So I have to ask, is this due to Trion interfering. Also I would be willing to sell some of my inventory for the right price, but it feels like I'm invisible when I'm in the game people just appearing and disappearing and can't talk to anyone.{separate problem I'm aware of}

I'm not offended. they really do look pink to me. But that would explain a few things. I think my screen colour is screwed.

It's probably the contrast setting on your TV, or monitor.

The Uncommon gear also has a difference from player to player. Some say its Green, I say its more Yellow. Its just the way things are for some people.

Things how I understand them so far.

Good:
1) Patch happening today to address a host of issues.
2) Guns will no longer receive those purple stat bonuses like "ammo regen on revive", or "200% melee damage on revive".
3) Uncommon(green) and higher guns will get a +damage increase based on the rarity.
4) Purple guns will have an increase to the number of random stat rolls.
5) Orange guns will have an increase to the number of random stat rolls.
6) Random stat rolls will be appropriate for the weapon they are being rolled for.

Bad:
1) Our current gear will not benefit from the nice things listed above EXCEPT for number 3. We will see the + damage boost retroactive on your current gear.
