Cant download the Add-on Pack

l just bought the $10 Add on Pack this morning[the Charge Pack with the albino elf playable race] and it wont download...first attempt crashed the store, second and further attempts nothing would happen...ld hit Download, little bus icon would appear...then nothing.
Id heard there was download problems when this first came out, but wasnt that like 2 months ago...figured they would be fixed by now[l even did a a goggle and forum search and no luck on any recent posts on the matter], so whats going on?
Any help much appreciated.

I as well purchased the charge pack , no charge weapons showed up in my inventory, I went to the (buy bits) page to see if they where there waiting to be opened , nothing yet , a week has gone by. I read over the whole process to make sure I didn't miss anything or did something wrong.

Seems like this is actually more of a patching issue. The DLC content was added with a patch. Once you have purchased the DLC and your account is entitled, you will be able to access the content that has already been added. If you are still having issues, I recommend opening a support ticket. A GM will be able to provide more detailed helpful troubleshooting steps.

Please make sure you are also checking your claim items in the Defiance Store. This is where your new content will be waiting for you. If it is still not there, a GM will need to look into your account and make sure that the purchase went through, as well as make sure your account is properly entitled.
