    Issues Ordering from GameStop

    So I figured I would ask if anyone had issues ordering their Ultimate or other versions from GameStop. I have ordered twice now and received an order number.

    It doesn't show up in my order history or did I get an email. So I call and they have NO history of me ordering. Yet, here I am concerned on if I will be randomly charged $300 for the two copies that are non-existent in their records.

    So.. anyone else have any issues with GameStop?

    So the problem ended up being their system was running a little over an hour behind. So they weren't getting any signs of my order until an hour after I had put in for it.

    So thankfully the order finally showed up and everything is smooth as butter now. If you notice your order is taking forever to exist just wait.

    I ordered an ultimate and a CE on gamestop.com and in my order history i have 2 order numbers and i received an email for each order. Today i also got my pre-order code from them via email.

    Yeah, I just got off the phone with them. They can't find my orders.. so are going to look into it and get back to me. Hopefully everything works out.

    I started *****ing on Twitter and they finally show up.

    Well for anyone else who may come along this thread.. just keep waiting. Might be a delay in orders.

    i think when ordering for GS its best to do it in-store becasue they you have someone directly to yell at when they **** up lol

    Hahah well all seems good now except my extra order won't cancel.. but I can figure that out later.

    Exactomundo. Thankfully I shot the **** with one of their well-informed employees about Defiance last time I was in there, pre-ordering Aliens. He told me there was gonna be a $150 edition and we both laughed. He's gonna laugh even harder when I go in there this weekend to pre-order it afterall

    If you used VISA or Master, have them talk to Gamestop, most instances the credit card company will refund you.

    The problem was their system was behind. The order took over an hour to finally show up in the back end then it finally showed up in my GameStop account.
