What are you referring too? If you are at IDR, you don't see anyone standing there?
The clock goes round and round.

I believe what you are talking about is when you playing PvP and people going missing for about 3-5 seconds the magically come back and are not hurt by any damage you threw their way. If this is what you talking about it is a common theory this is set off by when players changes to default skin then back to the custom skin or PvE skin to PvP skin therefore giving the player a window of godmod. I don't think there is a way to do this at will but it has both killed and saved my life a number of times.
