Hidden Vendor behind Muir will have an orange challenger (minus the confederate flag) for ya.
Once a month or so, I'll see one of the other color challengers for sale at IDR or Headlands. You'll also see the plum crazy, white and billet for sale during a weekend challenger special for paradise points.
And lastly, you can earn the black challenger by going gold on every time trial.
Look at the time limit on the specials and recheck after the inventories change. It took awhile, but I finally got an orange duni at Headlands for 15k.
