Keep in mind GTAV is where most people are currently, and if not there then Pokemon X/Y, so weekends are probably the best time to get on and game with people if your looking to play with others that is.

Indeed. One of the easiest decisions to join a clan that I've ever made. And I've been rolling with clans in online shooters since the SOCOM 1 days back in the PS2's infancy, and back then our clan was filled with people that I personally knew for years before the game (and console) ever launched.
I'm seeing a lot more people, on xbox, since the weapons change.
Before that, it was only really deserted a few times.
EU was totally deserted the other night.
Maybe one day Dawn Patrol should take a European vacation and we could all meet up over there w/ our other avatars for a hoot.
We could take tourist pics in front of landmarks.
