especially those "Cleaver" mutants.. they teleport/slide like crazy anyone else get this? have 200ms ping to the server which should be pretty good (i play planetside 2 perfectly fine with this ping)

Yeah, having that and a lagging character. Play ARMA, RIFT and other games with this ping and it is fine.
I'm getting the same. It's like trying to shoot Nightcrawler.

they're still tweaking the load balancing. lotta people playing today, it'll improve.
Sounds like server stress. I didn't experience this but I didn't play late last night after the official launch. Things will calm down after a day or two and it will get better.
good to know its not just me.. hope this is temporary as i didnt have this lag problem in beta 3 ..
lots of people are having the issue, it's no shock, it's launch day. I guess it's a good sign that this many people are playing at once :P
