Perhaps a Move to the PS4 with it's greater resources might just take care of the majority of the problems (Lag, Getting Dropped, Framerate drops, Etc.) you get my drift. I think it would benefit the game and sony both.

If everyone would stop being crybabies about op weapons, some of the bugs, and other personal issues in the game, maybe Trion could've made the 2nd dlc by now. I know for a f****** fact that everyone can STOP complaining to Trion about the game and all the mistakes it has and let them just finish the dlcs first. I think we can all live with that right? (of course am not right and I know dam well the crybabies will complain to my comment, but who cares at this point)

There are a few bugs that all of us can live though, but the only ones we can't live though would be the ones that include lag, disconnection, and invincibility glitchers. Other than those 3 bugs, we shouldn't have no problems letting Trion go back to there work. Stop bombing Trion with all these complains; they only have a handful of employees left and the least we can do is not make them frustrated to a point where they don't know what to do anymore.

Please NEVER bring this to any of the next gen consoles. It wouldn't cut it anyways against the likes of Everquest. Warframe, planet side, destiny, elder scrolls online and many many more. In my opinion this game has been a big fat fail nearly an epic fail

Id get it on the xbox one, of course it will be 3 years before i can afford to get a next gen console, without the ram limitations of current gen consoles it should be alot more stable, less connection issues and load peoples chars much better.

for those that dont understand when playing an mmo everyone in your area player, npc or enemy has to be downloaded from the internet and stored in your temporary memory known as "Ram".
current gen consoles don't have very much ram so they cant store that much player, npc and enemy data, meaning it has to kick some data off the ram in order to fit new data.
this means that it has to regularly contact the server to get data that was on your ram. meaning it relies on the server much more meaning more connection issues

I have tried to explain this a simply as i can for none tech heads but probably haven't done a very good jobof it,
    to summarise
+ the new consoles have much more ram
+ more ram stores more stuff
+ the console doesn't have to talk to the game servers as much
+ this is much kinder on you internet connection
and means the game will be much more stable and reliable

Are you really this naive to think that the complaints are the reason why DLC 2 hasn't been released? So complaints are why DLC 1 took so long the first time?

Is it better to out-monster the monster or to be quietly devoured?

Yea but ff isnt a shooter as well so you don't need to load so much action so fast,
Look at the minor amount of latency in takes ruin gameplay in any FPS or TPS.
since FF is an RPG MMO not a TPS MMO it not nearly as important to have that split second latency.

People don't seem to realise running a shooter mmo is so much more intensive than running a typical rpg mmo.

Ok then let's wait to see how destiny compares because that's as much of an MMO as defiance and it's out for current gen as well as next gen

...uh... have you ever actually played an mmo before? a real mmo. To think that an mmorpg doesn't need the same amount of latency is just hilarious, especially when defiance isn't split second latency, they admitted there's quite a bit of delay on the live stream.

Well said arsenic I'm not well up on latency and all that stuff. I was just trying to say ff runs ok on old hardware
