I bet that PS3 NA server is the last to come up and there is major problems and Delays causing the 2.5 hours to be longer! This is my guess, because it always happens.

I hope the "error" is a reflection of the servers being down and not because the patch isn't working for ps3.
Guess I will play diablo 3 while they fix the ps3 patch errors
Patch succeeds ... content save don't ... can't get in game due to error here either ... awwww and it's my day off from work
