It seems pretty clear from Friday's Live Stream that the return of Plague Sieges was the Halloween related content that they were working on. Where did you read that we would be able to buy Halloween costumes?
They had worked on in-game items for Halloween, but it just wasnt working out right... There wont be costumes/masks... (unless they suprise us in todays announcement, but i wouldnt call Event costumes a "Big Announcement")
