Vanishing Mobs/Graphics

Does anyone else have a issue at 5780x1080 (all graphics maxed out full screen) resolution with whole segements vanishing at times? ie One sec your staring at a ruined bridge turn slightly and the whole object vanishes?

I get this repeatedly during large scale arkfall events, bigger mobs vanishing, large number of players vanish etc. Looks like a genuine issue with culling/frustums because i can see a number of people at various distances from me but on one-side of the screen a huge portion of them just dissapears. and then reappear later.
