Do all guns in game have a Stats cap?

I think the Homing Range (shown just as range on vizibledog's mastery bonus) is a completely different Range than the Stalker synergy increases, which appears to be falloff range based off of Zewy's guide. I'm still wishfully thinking that the Stalker synergy could possibly boost detonators and RLs full damage radius since this is just another falloff type measurement.

ok sorry it took me so long to get back here but when my assault rifle was remodded purple the matrix said it would be 2.6 and upon finishing it turned out to be 2.5 so the cap isnt 2.4 if there is one but maybe there is a cap at 2.5?

At this point we have no reason to believe there are any caps of this nature.
