Appreciate the thoughts guys - and am glad to see many of you are enthusiastic about the game. I can't comment on the number of players now vs launch, but there are plenty of people hanging out on the PC NA server as far as I can tell. Have fun!

Long time lurker, first time poster here. Greetings all...

I just felt it had to be said. And I know that others have said it before me, but the positivity just gets lost in all the negativity. Sure, the game could be improved - as can any game, but it's fun. Personally it's the large map (for a third person shooter) combined with PvE, dynamic events and some level of co-op that I find enjoyable. Sound/music is good and graphics are decent.

Maybe I'm getting old, but I'm constantly amazed and disappointed at the overwhelmingly negative tone of most game forums, and the constant whining, complaining and general disappointment expressed by gamers towards developers. Personally, if I enjoy a game, I play it. If I don't, I stop playing. Why rant on a forum?

I mean - these guys announce an upcoming DLC in December, and the general response is: too little too late, artwork looks like a copy/paste job from Star Wars, not excited etc. etc. The sense of entitlement is astounding. To the handful of folks who expressed enthusiasm - thank you. That was decent of you. I too look forward to what the DLC may bring.

Well said, if your not enjoying something stop doing it. I love the game even with everyone pointing out the faults. Not to be nasty, but turn it off, if it's so bad, don't play it, and if your not willing to do that please shut up moaning and let us enjoy the bloody game. Thank you

Just as an aside, I fail to see what anything said here by people communicating issues that many other people agree are issues and have been trying to get sorted out since inception has to do with your enjoyment of the game.
One of the reasons YOU have a playable game NOW is because malcontents like US whined enough to make the devs realize there were issues and they needed to make the game stable enough that you could log on NOW....

If you're enjoying it so much, what are you doing here, reading posts that are discussing issues?

I've played the game since its release in April and things have changed! I don't miss the crazy crowd around arkfalls who couldn't get out of their vehicles to shoot but would rather spin around hitting things like fools. I don't miss all the ***** ups who would stand around depots, kill themselves then have a friend revive them. There are no doubt fewer players now than at the outset but that's a positive - as I see it - all the cheaters were the first to ditch the game! Those who have stayed on grinding or whatever are the true players!!!

I enjoy the game too, but these posts about complaining about complainers are just useless and stupid. If you enjoy the game then just say it and move on. No need to rant about people that complain, they don't effect how you enjoy the game. Also, most (not all) of their complaints are valid problems that this game has. So, if you can't handle this form of communication that allows both negative and positive feedback to be relayed to the developers from the community then just leave and go back to enjoying the game.

I'd like to add that I enjoy the game more now that the infected sieges are back. There's something to be said about mass zombie destruction.
