I've gotten outted playing games on incognito accounts before. Most notable time was back when I worked on Civ Rev. He promised not to give up my name, though. He was a fine chap.

The first round I felt pretty sure that the decoy would work. You didn't know that was my power and I knew that most people forgot about the teleport ability. It's one of my favorite powers for duels. Also, that area outside Diablo Lighthouse is PERFECT for a good bait and switch. I felt right proud.

Now, it's worth noting that I was not in a Dueling loadout, which will be obvious in a moment. My alt weapon was a Derailer sniper rifle. This was NEVER going to work in such close quarters. However my VOT AR could deal out damage quickly if I could aim. (It has a large bloom, so it is useless outside aim mode.)

When you flashbanged me on round 2, I just uttered "Well... schtako." And died. Horribly. Well played.

I realized I probably couldn't take you in a straight gun battle, so I tried the crazy plan. I fired my decoy off towards someplace safe, fired my sniper rifle to get your attention, then tried the grenade gambit. Those three seconds of waiting for you to round the corner were nail-biting in the extreme. I had no idea if it would work, and my backup plan hinged entirely on you being distracted by loud noises.

I'm pretty sure that if you'd rounded that corner in a half-second more or less time, you'd have killed me dead.

Sigh, hearing this makes me want to play pvp again and again. I may play it some time again during this week I guess.

If it was me that was playing against Trick, I would've felt the urge that if Trick fire his gun randomly without anyone there, I'd guess that he's going to try to lure me into some kind of trap since the first round he used decoy very efficiently, so to counter this just keep baby stepping your way to Trick since your only fighting one person, and attempt to catch him off guard. Wait for his decoy to run out then go from there.

Anyway, the fight sounded very awesome and I just wished that we, as a community, could've saw this. Lucky you Nerfarious
Maybe some day someone else will go up against Trick. Hoping it's me or any other good player out there.
