Max Ego players get screwed again.

It doesn't seem to have anything to do with EGO level. Earlier today I picked up the EL thunder and it was fire nano at 1250 ego req... qhich seems weird on it's own because that was way more than 100 off my 1590 rating; regardlee. This last round on the vendor they were showing up as syphon nano at 1600 eqo req. Oddly with less damage though and the first one didn't come with a damage mod either. *shrug*

Not all low ego players are getting syphon but it seems that all max ego are getting fire.

I'm at around 2500 on PS3 and I'm not getting syphon on any of them, including the Lifestealer pistol, which is pretty clearly supposed to be syphon from the name. I'd just chalk it up to bad coding or bad design.

I got them at the consulate. I wonder if location matters for lower ego players.

No my freind checked and they all had syphon and for me all had fire.

The rep vendors sometimes change nano based on you Ego rating so thats most likely whats happening and for max ego it is fire. Like in Top Notch vendor max Ego for the saw its poop shoes but sometimes at lower ego its doesnt have a nano.

Edit: I think all weapons were supposed to be Syphon since they are named Lifesteal

I have to believe it is based on ego level. The nano switches at certain levels just like Top-Notch's frontier saw will switch between nano and no nano at level 3600, 4000, and 4400 for example.

Got two orange ARs today with no nano at 4970 EGO. Talk about a kick in the balls.

Im still around just been trying to get better gear. I did almost quit because it takes forever to get a PvP match. All that was left to do is get better gear and the chances of getting a good orange was too dam high. The way they made oranges better got me to continue playing it but I'm sure I'm going to move on soon. Even the oranges now most of them don't have Nanos.
The PvP matchmaking now takes hours to get one match that isn't shadow war. Your lucky to get a frieghtyard to start. Also I dont like that I'm being penelized for my ego rating on the extra life weapons and for not being able to reroll my old weapons.
They need to drop the requirements for all PvP matches and balance Decoy and Cloak. And reward higher ego players by increasing their orange drop rate in lock boxes or reward high ego players some other way, not penelized them for sticking around.

The crit on my E-2K syphon sniper from the EL dealer is 3.6x, and 1678 dmg. I'm leveled to 7 on B/A snipes.

Went to 1796 with mods.
